We are committed to creating a strong experience for you, and we also want the expectations around payment, cancellations, attendance, and program access to be clear from the beginning.
By completing your purchase, you agree to the terms below.
You may cancel this agreement any time before midnight on the third business day after the date of purchase, excluding Sundays and holidays, and receive a full refund. To cancel within that 3-business-day window, contact us and let us know you are canceling your agreement. You can reach us at: Email: [email protected].
After the 3-business-day cancellation period has passed, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.
If your purchase included physical course materials and you cancel within the 3-business-day cancellation period, your refund may require the return of those materials in resalable condition. To return materials, contact us first so we can give you return instructions.
Once you receive return instructions, materials must be returned within 7 business days using a traceable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost return packages. Refunds may be delayed if materials are returned without authorization, returned after the 7-business-day window, or returned in a condition that cannot be resold. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable where applicable.
If you choose a payment plan, you are responsible for completing the full payment plan according to the agreement you accepted at purchase. Partial payments or incomplete payment plans do not qualify for a refund after the 3-business-day cancellation period has passed.
If a payment fails, the remaining balance is still due. We will make reasonable efforts to help you update your payment method and resolve the issue. If you need to use a different form of payment, please contact us at least 3 business days before your next payment is due. If payments remain unpaid, the account may be referred for collection.
Your purchase secures access to the program, event, training, or offer described at the time of purchase. Not attending a live event, workshop, session, or training does not cancel your agreement and does not qualify you for a refund. This also applies if you are unable to attend because of travel delays, weather, illness, scheduling conflicts, or other unexpected circumstances.
If you cannot attend or need to postpone your participation, your tuition is still due in full. Any deposits, advance payments, finance forms, or tickets are non-refundable. When possible, payments already made may be held as in-house credit toward a future event offered by Souder Coaching Academy within one year of the date of this agreement.
Event dates, times, locations, and delivery formats are subject to change. If a change is necessary, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate updates clearly and provide the best available path forward for participants.
We want to handle questions, concerns, or disagreements directly and in good faith whenever possible. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree that any claim or dispute related to this agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, unless the matter qualifies for small claims court as described below.
The arbitration will take place in Volusia County, Florida, unless both parties agree otherwise in writing. The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding and may be entered in any court with proper jurisdiction. The arbitrator may also determine the prevailing party and whether any fees or costs should be awarded.
This dispute resolution section does not prevent either party from taking appropriate action to enforce an arbitration decision or to seek temporary protection while arbitration is pending.
If a claim qualifies for small claims court based on the court's monetary limits and rules, either party may choose to resolve the matter through small claims court instead of arbitration.
Claims that exceed the small claims court limit must be resolved through arbitration as described above.
