MIC AND THE MISSION - BETA GROUP

1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By enrolling in Mic and the Mission - Beta Group ("the Program"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not enroll in the Program.

2. PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Mic and the Mission - Beta Group is a 6-month training program offered by Profitable Presentations LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). The Program includes:

Mic and the Mission Course (digital access)

Sales Sprint training

AI-powered tools for script writing and optimization

2x monthly Script Writing Calls (6 months)

One (1) private 1-on-1 coaching session with Jase Souder

Access to Mic and the Mission Slack community

3. ENROLLMENT & PAYMENT

3.1 Payment

The Program fee is $497 (one-time payment).

By enrolling, you authorize Profitable Presentations LLC to charge your payment method for the full amount.

3.2 Payment Responsibility

You are responsible for payment regardless of attendance or participation in calls, access to materials, or completion of the course.

4. NO REFUNDS

All payments are non-refundable. By enrolling, you acknowledge that:

You will not receive a refund for any reason

You are responsible for full payment regardless of attendance or participation

Failure to attend calls, access materials, or complete the course does not entitle you to a refund

This no-refund policy applies under all circumstances

5. PROGRAM ACCESS

5.1 Duration

Access to the Program materials and community is provided for the duration of the 6-month beta group period and may extend beyond as determined by the Company.

5.2 Script Writing Calls

Script Writing Calls are held 2x per month for 6 months. Calls will be recorded and made available to members who cannot attend live. Recordings will remain accessible for the duration of the beta group period.

5.3 1-on-1 Session

Your 1-on-1 coaching session with Jase Souder must be scheduled and completed within the 6-month program period. Failure to schedule or attend your session does not entitle you to a refund or extension.

5.4 Technology Requirements

You are responsible for:

Reliable internet connection

Computer or device capable of video conferencing

Updated web browser

Zoom account (free version acceptable)

Slack account

Company is not responsible for technical difficulties on your end that prevent participation.

6. ATTENDANCE & PARTICIPATION

6.1 Optional Participation

While attendance at Script Writing Calls is encouraged, it is not mandatory. Failure to attend does not entitle you to a refund.

6.2 Recordings

Script Writing Calls and Sales Sprint sessions will be recorded. Access to recordings is subject to the same terms as live attendance.

7. NON-TRANSFERABLE

This Program enrollment is non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or transfer your enrollment to another person.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

8.1 Program Materials

All materials provided are confidential and proprietary to Profitable Presentations LLC. You may use materials for your own business implementation purposes only.

8.2 Prohibited Uses

You may NOT:

Resell Company materials or frameworks

Teach Company's proprietary methodologies to others without written permission

Create competing programs based on Company's intellectual property

Share access credentials with non-members

Record, screenshot, or distribute any program content

9. COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

9.1 Respectful Conduct

You agree to maintain respectful behavior toward facilitators and fellow participants in all Program spaces including calls, Slack community, and any other Program-related communications.

9.2 Confidentiality

You agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of fellow Program participants. Do not share personal information, stories, or content from other participants without their explicit permission.

10. TERMINATION

Company may, at its sole discretion, terminate your access to the Program without refund if you:

Become disruptive or difficult to work with

Fail to follow Program guidelines or community standards

Violate any terms of this Agreement

Share or distribute Program materials without authorization

11. RESULTS DISCLAIMER

11.1 No Guarantees

Testimonials and examples do not guarantee you will achieve similar results. Your success depends on your background, dedication, effort, and motivation.

11.2 No Earnings Guarantee

You acknowledge there is inherent risk in any business endeavor and no guarantee you will earn money from Program participation.

11.3 Not Professional Advice

Program instructors are not qualified to provide legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. The information provided is for educational purposes only. Consult appropriate professionals for such matters.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Company's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Program ($497). Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including loss of profits or business.

13. MEDIA RELEASE

By participating in the Program, you consent to being photographed, recorded (audio/video), and having your likeness used for marketing and promotional purposes. You waive any right to compensation or approval of finished materials.

14. MODIFICATIONS

Company reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Modifications will be communicated via email. Your continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

15. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and Company regarding the Program.

16. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of Idaho.
